Online Communication
Accessibility, speed and security are the backbone of Aaltra’s tenant online portal. Through the online portal you have a convenient, quick and secure way to reach out to management. On our powerful platform you can fill out credit applications, sign leases, and pay rent electronically. Using our online system you can track payment history, maintenance requests and general communication with the company.

Lease Management
Good tenant relationships begin with a seamless lease management process. We strive to maintain positive relationships throughout their lease term. Beginning with tenant screening and onboarding moving to lease signing and renewals we care about the details. We promptly address your inquiries and concerns, scheduling regular maintenance and responding to your requests to ensure your home is in top condition.

Move In, Move Out
We assist new tenants with the move in process including key exchange, building orientation and explanation of the property rules and amenities. We also help with identifying local utilities such as power/ water and cable where applicable. On move out we will complete and issue termination notices, schedule and perform move out inspections and return your security deposit.

Maintenance and Repairs
We are responsible to provide regular maintenance and perform repairs when necessary. Through our online portal tenants can easily schedule and track maintenance requests. We are notified immediately of your request and are committed to respond in a timely fashion.

Emergency Response
In addition to our portal maintenance request system for routine maintenance you will be provided an emergency response number which . We are on standby 24/7 In the event of a maintenance emergency such as a burst water pipe or a broken window. We will respond instantly to your emergency with the right solution.
